Waggle, designed by pet owners for pet owners, prioritizes pet safety through a user-friendly pet monitoring and tracking mobile app. The app offers real-time environmental monitoring, customizable alerts, and geofencing notifications, allowing pet parents to stay informed and ensure their furry companions' well-being in any location, be it home, RV, or car.
Nimble, a pet tech company, sought to transform their existing Nimble Pet monitoring mobile app UI/UX design into a comprehensive and engaging experience called Waggle. The core challenge was to create a "Highly Rewarding/Engaging Customer Experience (CX)" for pet parents, ensuring the app evolves alongside their pet's needs.
Turn Waggle into the ultimate pup parent app? We did. Dog owner anxieties? Gone. Through user research (think: deep dives!), we identified owner anxieties about pet safety, health, and feeling connected. The data-driven design delivers a streamlined UI (super easy to use!) and location-based features, empowering owners to manage their furry friends anywhere. Our expertise in social features fostered a thriving online community for dog owners to connect and share experiences.
Waggle's project goals centered on creating a highly rewarding user experience for pet parents. This included crafting an engaging interface, fostering virality through shareable moments, personalizing the pet monitoring mobile app journey based on pet needs, leveraging data for targeted services, streamlining user flow with minimal clicks, and providing contextual support through in-app help and live chat.

Waggle's pet safety monitor prioritizes pet safety and data security with encryption, secure logins, and user control.
